Kids Program
Classes run every Friday for 10 weeks during school terms at 4pm-5pm. We’re an approved provider of the NSW Active Kids rebate program.

Warm up: Move through a warm up led by a coach designed specifically to prepare your body for the daily workout.
Strength and skill work: Lift some weights during our skills portion to build and maintain lean muscle and develop your functional strength.
Get fit: Sweat it out during a CrossFit workout to help you feel great.

A password will be provided to paying members only. To help you plan your week we publish all daily workouts on our website with (2) versions of the workout - CrossFit and Sweat.

The CrossFit workout allows you to test yourself against higher complexity movements and heavier weights. The Sweat workout provides a more cardio version of the workout with moderate skills and a focus on burning lots of calories on Erg machines.

If you are new to CrossFit come try us out first. Pay $149 (no lock in contracts or extra joining fees) and receive a one hour PT session, a body scan and 4 weeks membership. Please contact us to claim.

Yes, we offer drop-ins for $30 a class. Simply arrive 15 minutes before class and see the coach on arrival to help you get started, no bookings required.
