More than a regular gym

CrossFit

CrossFit is great for developing a broad base of fitness. If you want to lose weight, gain muscle and increase your functional strength & fitness, our CrossFit program is the perfect choice. If you have never done CrossFit before you will need to complete an intro class before joining our general classes.

Sweat

The Sweat workout runs in addition to our CrossFit program so each class you have a choice to do a workout that benefits you for that day. Sweat is an effective means to improve cardiovascular fitness so you can jump in, work hard, then go about your day. Appropriate for all abilities.

Partner workouts

Our partner workouts are designed to be done with two or more athletes working together to complete the workout. Some of these WODs allow partners to partition the work as needed. Partner workouts are a great way to push each other, meet members from different classes or train for competitions together.

Kids Program

CrossFit Kids is a great foundation training program for young children aged 6-15 years old. The program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids.

Accountability

Our qualified coach will conduct the InBody Body Composition assessment and give you meaningful and in depth feedback about your results.
