2 easy steps to get started

STEP 1 – Book an intro course

This required Intro Course is your first step to joining CrossFit Wollongong. This basic training course consists of a one hour session. Your session will include a 10 min body scan, 10 min warm up, 30 mins of basic movement progressions and a 10 min cool down. Please fill out the form below to get more information and select your preferred start date.

STEP 2 – Trial our classes for 3 weeks

Check our schedule and choose a class time that suits you. Arrive 10 mins early to check in with our front desk. View the workout of the day on the TV and choose the CrossFit or Sweat option. Our coach will be available to answer questions you may have about the workouts.
